801 Rural Revenue Centres inspected

LAHORE: Revenue Department officials have completed inspection of 801 Rural Revenue Centres (RRC) across the province. According to sources, the 17 officials of Revenue Dept submitted reports of RRCs to Senior Member Board of Revenue Thursday. The officials checked all facilities and technical issues during their inspection.
They found acute shortage of the staff which they mentioned in their reports. It was observed that clerks were operating the computers in the RRCs. The meeting of full board would be held on Friday (today) in which opinions of all officials would be sought. Chairman Punjab Privatisation Board inspected Multan and Khanewal, Secretary Revenue inspected Chakwal and Jhelum, Secretary S&C inspected MB Din and Gujrat, Secretary S&R inspected Layyah and Muzaffargarh, Secretary Colonies inspected Faisalabad and TT Singh, Director Land Record inspected Chiniot and Jhang, DG Katchi Abadi inspected Narowal and Sialkot, M
