Eight group housing plots, ranging in size from 3.5 to 10 acres, have been put up for e-auction by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). Apply by Feb 27.
The move follows the Uttar Pradesh government’s decision to do away with e-auctions and allot plots on the basis of interviews and other parameters such as company profile, turnover, work experience, etc.
On October 18, the authority had held a draw for 1,184 residential plots in three different sectors. As many as 1.4 lakh people had applied for the plots located in YEIDA sectors 16, 17 and 20, along the Yamuna Expressway.
