UGC: UGC suggests de-reserving SC,ST, OBC posts if enough reserved candidates not available

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced draft guidelines stating that a vacancy reserved for SC, ST, or OBC candidates can be declared unreserved if sufficient candidates from these categories are not available.
