Police tell us they received a call around 9 20 this morning from someone near the home where this boy lives. That was after he was found in the woods of an apartment complex in san jose. Police are now questioning the boys guardian to find out what happened. The Violence Unit is also getting involved. It was around 3 00 this morning that a couple living in this apartment complex found the boy wandering near the woods by the complex. He tells us the boy at the time was covered in mud, was only wearing a diaper. The couple gave him a little sweater to keep warm. Police arrived.
