The Oakland Fire Department says two structures and a brush caught fire. Crews from hayward fire, Alameda County fire and fremont fire were all called to the scene. The red flag warning in the far east bay hills that includes montclair and over the north bay hills. Not because it is incredibly dry out there. And still a little bit breezy.
