is how much we have already spent and how much more do we need to spend? that s one side of the equation. the other side is what they are talking about. where do you get the money? there s unspent money from the covid relief programs. all the way back and certainly on the rescue program. that money can then be used to pay for the new expenditures for infrastructure. so there really are two sides to the equation. one is where you get the money. you can get it from unspent money in the covid relief. and the other side of the equation is how much do we need to spend to build a modern infrastructure program in america that provides for future economic growth and social justice. i wonder, because you have said in recent days, essentially and pra pa ra phrasing, if we have to go it alone as democrats we will and you know to do that you need all 50 senators in the

Oregon’s search and rescue community has seen a steady increase in search and rescue missions since the COVID-19 pandemic began. As summer approaches and restrictions lift, more Oregonians and visitors are heading out to enjoy and explore the state’s beautiful landscape. The Oregon Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is urging the public to stay safe with advance planning and preparation before their next outdoor adventure.
“I can’t stress enough how important it is for people to make a plan before heading out to explore the outdoors,” said State Search and Rescue Coordinator Scott Lucas. “Know your limits and make sure to carry the proper equipment and supplies – even if you’re only planning to be out for a few hours.”
