Renault Kiger, the French automaker s contender for India s highly competitive sub-compact SUV market, was launched here earlier this month at an introductory price of ₹5.45 lakh (ex-showroom). The same day Renault India also opened ordere books for the SUV, i.e. started accepting Kiger bookings in the country. At the time of announcing Renault Kiger s price, the company had said it would launch the new SUV in India in March. We had figured it meant the start of deliveries. Well, we were right Renault has now confirmed it will start Renault Kiger deliveries in India from 3 March across its dealerships.
