Renault Kiger, the French automaker s contender for India s highly competitive sub-compact SUV market, was launched here earlier this month at an introductory price of ₹5.45 lakh (ex-showroom). The same day Renault India also opened ordere books for the SUV, i.e. started accepting Kiger bookings in the country. At the time of announcing Renault Kiger s price, the company had said it would launch the new SUV in India in March. We had figured it meant the start of deliveries. Well, we were right Renault has now confirmed it will start Renault Kiger deliveries in India from 3 March across its dealerships.

After much waiting, Renault India finally launched the Kiger SUV in India at ₹5.45 lakh (introductory; ex-showroom). With this, the new Renault SUV in India is now also available for bookings. So, if you are interested in the Renault Kiger, which has been especially designed for the Indian market, and wish to bring it home, you simply have to head to either the automaker s official website or a Renault India dealership near you. The sub-compact SUV market in India is set to welcome yet another addition to the mix soon: Renault Kiger. The French automaker had revealed the upcoming SUV in India on 28 January, but hadn t said much else about when it would reveal the car s price or when it would become available for retail. Well, that s changed now we have now learned Renault Kiger s price in India will be revealed on 15 February. This will then be followed by the car s launch here in March. We are guessing the company will start accepting Kiger bookings in India from 15 February and will start deliveries in March. Guess, we will have to wait to know about that for sure.
