Based on some reporting, it seems like Watson might request a trade to get out of Houston. I remember people saying that trading for a guy like him would be impossible, but now it seems like it might just happen.
If this eventually comes to pass, the question becomes what would we have to give to get him? There s always a point where what you give up makes fans, even if they really want the guy, shake their head at what was given away.

The Vikings no longer control their destiny. We need to win out, and we need the Cardinals to lose one game in order to go to the playoffs. And even if we go, how many teams can the Vikings feasibly beat? And if they do, by some divine miracle, get to the Super Bowl, it s more than likely the Chiefs will be standing there, waiting for whoever the NFC representative is. And the Chiefs are going to win, regardless.
So when this team gets knocked out of the playoffs, if they even make it there, what is the situation for the off-season? I know that some people don t like talking about the off-season until we get there, but that constitutes horrible planning. If you don t come up with a plan in advance, you run the risk of being far too reactionary when things go wrong.
