I know one of the things we need is Extracurricular Activities for more advanced accelerated students because right now all we really have is activities such as tutoring or mentorships for students who are studying struggling in school. It was finally ratified by the requisite number of states on may 7, 1992, 200plus years after it was originally sent out by congress. It has to do with congressional pay.
