Waterbury resident Paul Martelli, owner/general manager of Frankie’s and a former mentor with Big Brother, is continuing his annual effort to support local kids in the Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters youth mentoring program by setting up Giving Trees at two Frankie’s locations. Paul has done this for seven years and was not going to let the pandemic stop him from bringing holiday joy to children in need.
