SHARJAH, 24th January, 2023 (WAM) The United Arab Bank (UAB) held its Shareholders' General Meeting on Tuesday, 24th January 2023, at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Dubai, chaired by Sheikh Faisal Bin Sultan bin Salem Al Qassimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The General Assembly authorised the board of directors of the Bank to approve the issuance of a non-convertible additional tier 1 instruments "AT1".
The meeting was managed by Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), under a Registrar Agreement that the Bank has.
