A wet few weeks lie ahead for the Bay Area with incoming storm fronts expected to drop more showers like the steady rains that dampened Christmas skies, meteorologists said.
The patchy drizzles that sent holiday revelers running indoors Friday were expected to continue into the evening hours, tapering off by Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Another batch of scattered showers could arrive by Sunday afternoon, ushering in a much-needed wet spell.
