Wasabi’s all-you-can-eat sushi coming to ex-Reel Seafood space The owners of  Wasabi, a 3-year-old restaurant in Saratoga Springs that features all-you-can eat sushi, are developing a southern sibling to open in early June at 195 Wolf Road in Colonie, home for more 35 years to Reel Seafood Co. until it closed suddenly in January 2020. The restaurant will be called Albany Wasabi, said Chenxun Wu, who manages the original Wasabi. He said menus and hours will be the same:  Lunch, $16.50 per person, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays;  dinner, $25.99 per person, 4:30 to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 4:30 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, 1 to 10 p.m. Sunday. A-la-carte ordering will be available for in-house dining as well as takeout/delivery. A liquor license for a full bar has been applied for, Wu said.
