Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey said today her state “welcomes” an official review of the decision to name Huntsville’s Redstone Arsenal the preferred site for the nation’s permanent Space Command headquarters.
“Our state was chosen based on merit,” Ivey said in a statement, “and an independent review of a decision of this magnitude will confirm this.”
