New developments tonight about the oil and gas company that operates the pipeline that broke in santa barbara. The times looked that last 10 years and found had company has one of the worse records when it comes to accidents. Julie haener with details on the reports. Among the 1700 pipeline operatorsonally four operators only four had more. 170 infractions since 2006. They include pump failure, equipment malfunction, pipeline corrosion and operator error. None of the incidents caused injuries but caused 23 million in Property Damage and spilled 700,000 gallons. The most pipeline break spilled 100,000 gallons of oil.
