TC Candler has addressed a particular fan s question about Bae Suzy and Red Velvet s Irene missing from The 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2020 list. And fans are unhappy with their response.
TC Candler recently revealed its annual, widely-known 100 Most Beautiful Faces rankings for this year, and it includes a total of 24 female K-pop stars. However, two famous visuals of South Korea s entertainment industry were not in it: actress and solo artist Bae Suzy, and Red Velvet s leader Irene.

Bae Suzy has been included on the TC Candler 100 Most Beautiful Faces rankings seven times, with her highest ranking being at No. 11 back in 2014. Last year, she ranked as the 60th most beautiful face in the world.

On Dec. 27, the Asian Pop Music Awards announced this year s winners through its official Weibo account, and many K-pop stars were mentioned as overseas winners under different categories. BLACKPINK claimed two awards at the said ceremony. First, BLACKPINK s The Album took home the Best Album award.

The girl group s first studio album was previously chosen as one of the Best Albums of 2020 by Billboard and amongst the albums that defined K-pop s monumental year in 2020 by TIME Magazine. Other than that, the quartet took home the Best Female Group award.

Fans of Red Velvet might be seeing a Psycho performance featuring all five members of the group - Irene, Seulgi, Joy, Yeri, and Wendy - for the first time soon!
On Dec. 22, a particular Twitter user, @drewscotty, made a post that appears to be hinting at a possible performance of Psycho with all five Red Velvet members on the stage. The post reads, !! Wendy said it s on and poppin!! and it includes #pscyho and OT5.

On Monday, Dec. 21, reports state that JTBC will launch a new music talk show called Mysterious Record Shop in collaboration with SM C&C STUDIO, which is the largest producer of OTT experience in Korea that continuously communicate with subscribers and viewers through original contents on various official YouTube channels. Four hosts of the upcoming television program have been revealed, and they are RED VELVET s Wendy, Super Junior s Kyuhyun, Jang Yoon Jung, and Yoon Jong Shin. Mysterious Record Shop is a music talk show that focuses on introducing the life stories and songs of their guests. Hosts and guests will be talking about their careers and lives and about how various songs have affected their lives. Viewers can expect a perfect combination of emotion, laughter, and fun.

Red Velvet s Yeri has released a new song as part of her ongoing Dum Dum Studio playlist series on YouTube. The newly-launched single is said to be written by the artist.
Red Velvet s Yeri has been releasing comforting songs for her ongoing playlist series that is being uploaded on the Dumdum Studio YouTube channel. It is said that the playlist consists of nine tracks, which serve as presents for the fans. She previously shared covers of Baek Yerin s Bunny, Lauv s Modern Loneliness, Sasha Sloan s Dancing with Your Ghost, and Mae Muller s Anticlimax.
Yeri also sang the acoustic version of Red Velvet s Bad Boy. And, the latest one is the sixth song or Music Gift #6 that is titled These Days.
