we re still here, still getting answers for you. thanks, josh. rob marciano, a lot of nasty weather in the plains states today. it s starting to ramp up. a little storm rolling into the plains. it got out of the rockies, dumped about half a foot of snow but it s just a precursor of some storms coming to the west coast. east of the mississippi we re looking good, high pressure for the most part in control. temperatures are warming up a little bit. still have a northwest flow off the great lakes so a little lake-effect snow and certainly on the cool side across parts of the northeast, but generally we re looking at temps that are getting closer at least to average. one, two, three red ls on the map. that is the beginning of a parade of storms that s coming into the west coast. the southern expanse of the storm track is picking up a little moisture across texas. we had a couple of inches of rainfall from san antonio back down to brownsville the past 24 hours. this is going to stay m
