A fire at Newark International airport. Passengers were ordered outside. Janelle burrell joins us live from the airport with more. Janelle . Reporter mary and chris, the fire is out, but according to Port Authority police, there are smoky conditions outside. You can see above us, by the departure terminal, you can see the fire trucks. They are there on stand by in case any additional flareups happen this morning. The fire started around 1 15 a. M. In the ceiling of terminal b. One flight was scheduled to depart. 200 passengers were evacuated from the terminal while firefighters put out the flames. They thought the fire was out, allowed passengers back inside. The terminal was then re evacuated. Cbs producer nick fineman was getting ready to board the airline to hong kong this out. He was among those evacuated.
