Fortunately for our city owned Cultural Centers there is consistent Level Revenues but challenges that continue to exist. So when moving this project forward which i think is an amazing project, i think it will provide a Tremendous Community benefit that we keep that in mind and make sure that the folks who are actively engaged are willing to be actively involved in this for the long run and that raising funds just to build it is not just going to be the only thing that they are going to need to do. Consistency is going to be key to opening the doors and keeping the doors open so that it can be the kind of space that the Community Wants and deserves to have.
