The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has advised its clients to continue transacting business online after it adopted work-from-home arrangement following the government’s imposition of modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR)-plus and in other areas.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Central Office in Batasan Hills, Quezon City and its regional offices have recorded a total of 69 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), 61 of whom have already recovered.
Based on the latest data on COVID-19 cases among the CSC employees nationwide , the commission logged seven active cases and one death.
There were 30 personnel in the Central Office who contracted the disease, it said. Of the number, 23 have recovered, while seven were logged as active cases.
It was CSC Commissioner Aileen Lourdes Lizada who gave the data to the Manila Bulletin.
“We are getting the information nationwide,” Lizada said.
