For the Gazette WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Special Olympics Wisconsin supporters from across central Wisconsin will be “Freezin’ for a Reason” in Wisconsin Rapids on Feb. 4-5 for the 2022 Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Wisconsin, presented by Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. The Wisconsin Rapids Polar Plunge kicks off with a “Cool Schools” plunge at noon on Feb. 4 at Ridges Golf Course (2311 Griffith Ave.).
