Realty Growth Management moves from Northwest to prominent downtown spot

That’s the 92-year-old building where Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson Construction Co.housed its Rochester office from 2012 to 2018, when it moved to 501 on First at 501 First Ave. SW. “It’s accessible to everything. We’re excited to be part of downtown,” RGI Co-owner Bucky Beeman said of the move. “We’re still bullish on downtown and what it has to offer businesses.” After many years on the third floor of the ONB Bank Building at 975 34th Ave. NW, this shift puts RGI in a much more prominent spot. “It’s accessible for everything,” he said. “We’re excited about the additional visibility for our brand and our management team, which is starting to manage a lot of apartments and commercial properties.”
