Hyderabad: The city’s peripheries have been witnessing sharp increase in land prices in the last one year.
Home to rows of huge bungalows, Jubilee Hills continues to be the city’s costliest realty area. But prices across regions like Kothur, Shadnagar, Medchal that hovered in the Rs 1-2 crore/acre range until 2020, have over doubled now to touch Rs 3.5-4 crore/acre, according to market estimates.
