Today is my regular quarterly update. Were going to focus on the projects and Program Status and talk a little bit about the projects that are in construction as well as stakeholder and Work Force Development. So here on the graphic you see all of the projects moving forward in phase one, and these have been scoped based on the levels of service we discussed with the commission and have been endorsed. We have 37 projects that are in planning or design and three projects in construction. Phase one represents 2. 7 billion dollars and to date we have spent 88 million.
