Gaming PC maker Razer plunged into the protective mask world during COVID with the Razer Zephyr, a light-up wearable air purifier with what it says are "N95-grade filters."
Razer has been caught red-handed over the marketing of its Zephyr and Zephyr Pro face masks. Previously, the company marketed both as being N95 grade ; it has been selling the Zephyr since October 2021. Neither are N95 grade and nor has Razer received any certifications to make such claims.
For those who were disappointed with the Zephyr mask in 2021, Razer has introduced the Zephyr Pro mask which is an upgraded version from the previous release. In addition, it also features replaceable N95-grade filters which are ideal to use this time of the pandemic.
