Raymond Michael Weber, 29, brandished a gun and accused the two women of setting him up in the 36-minute video.
When police arrived, Weber barricaded himself inside his apartment. The SWAT team was called in to assist and evacuated his neighbors. They used distraction devices and chemical agents in a failed attempt to take Weber into custody. After nearly eight hours, the SWAT team broke down his door and arrested him during a brief struggle in which they were forced to use a taser.
Inside Weber s apartment, they found the bodies of two women. Officials have not identified the women and are waiting for an autopsy report to confirm how they died.

Silento has been arrested by the Dekalb County Police and charged with murdering his cousin, which has led to fans what has happened to this once-promising rapper.
The 23-year-old rapper, whose real name is Ricky Hawk, had a hit in 2015 with Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae); however, he is now behind bars following his arrest on Monday.
The Dekalb County Police Department tweeted out the details yesterday afternoon. They said they had arrested Silento on charges of murdering Frederick Rooks in a suburb east of Atlanta.
