A section of alvarado boulevard and their range road will be closed indefinitely. The sinkhole is in front of a fire station and main entrance to alvarado middle school. While fire trucks can still drive out parents are being told to allow extra time to drop off pickup their kids due to the extra congestion. We will have a live report later in the news gas. One person suffered injuries when a previous was caught between a big rig in a Toyota Highlander last night in walnut creek. That happened just before 10 pm on interstate 680 and highway 24 connector ramp. The chp says the big rig had slow down because of traffic investigators believe the highlander slammed into the previous and assented into the back of the big rig. Two people in the previous were taken to john near hospital. One of them is in Critical Condition with lifethreatening injuries. From november 1 through february 29, when a spare the air alert is called, it is illegal to burn woods both indoors and outdoors. In the past, people who used would only as their source of heat, are still exempt. They still are but now they have to install a certified device and register with the air Quality Management district. The district will start calling spare the air days in advance and air pollution, from wood smoke, is one of the greatest Health Threats during the winter months.
