Shelley the debate over the proposed Kinder Morgan pipeline continues. Today hundreds gathered at the state house in protest. Kinder morgan says the pipeline that would run through parts of Southern New Hampshire would decrease electricity costs. But as wmur s Heather Hamel explains live, people protesting fear they d have to foot bill. The bill. Heather yes, they came from all walks of life, past and present elected officials, business owners. They say that the Kinder Morgan type line is bad for the state. Speaker after speaker aired concerns. Kinder morgan says the pipeline could reduce electric bills by 35 because the natural gas worry New Hampshire ratepayers would have to foot the cost of the pipeline.
