Shelley the debate over the proposed Kinder Morgan pipeline continues. Today hundreds gathered at the state house in protest. Kinder morgan says the pipeline that would run through parts of Southern New Hampshire would decrease electricity costs. But as wmur s Heather Hamel explains live, people protesting fear they d have to foot bill. The bill.
