Justin stickrod with felony child endangerment and felony sexual abuse. The arrest happened after deputies took a report of an infant being sexually assaulted on february 4. Sheriff johnson says stickrod has a minor arrest record, but doesnt have a prior history of sexual abuse arrests. They tell us the mother of the child brought the twomonthold girl to a local hospital.
