Mongolia and Cuba favor strengthening bilateral ties
Ulaanbaatar, Apr 1 (Prensa Latina) Mongolian and Cuban authorities advocated strengthening bilateral ties, official sources reported on Thursday.
The Cuban Embassy in Mongolia pointed out that the vice president of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, Saldam Odontuya, received Cuban Ambassador Raul Delgado Concepcion at a meeting in which they reviewed the activities developed last year on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between their governments.
Both parties agreed to continue working to expand cooperation between the legislative bodies.
Delgado Concepcion thanked the Parliament and the Mongolian Government for their support for the battle that Cuba is waging against the United States blockade, and ratified the invitation to its leaders to visit Cuba as soon as the international situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic improves.

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene had a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Mongolia Raul Delgado Concepcion.
At the meeting, the Cuban Ambassador relayed a congratulatory message from Prime Minister of Cuba Manuel Marrero Cruz to the recently appointed Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene. He briefly updated the Prime Minister on the COVID-19 situation in Cuba and said the country plans to fully vaccinate its population with 100 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine to be manufactured by the end of the year and supply the remainder to foreign countries.
