Books by five Montanans, five Canadians, a Coloradan and a New Yorker were among the winners in 12 categories chosen in the 2023 High Plains Book Awards.
The Billings Public Library Board of Directors has announced the finalists in the 2023 High Plains Book Awards. The High Plains Book Awards program was established in 2006 to recognize regional authors and/or literary works that “examine and reflect life on the High Plains.”
