Three face drug charges in separate cases
Alleged cocaine dealer Donte Outland was taken into custody and incarcerated on felony drug and firearms charges following a vehicle stop on Interstate 180 on the afternoon of March 11, city police said.
There was some tense moments when Outland, 27, of Lock Haven, admitted he had a weapon him.
“Gun,” one officer yelled at another as efforts were made to restrain Outland, a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped near the Route 15 North interchange. Outland made several attempts to pull his hands and arms back as the officers pulled him out of the car, according to an affidavit. Once Outland was handcuffed, police retrieved a loaded handgun from his waistband. The serial number of the weapon had been removed.
