Driving this morning. Because thanks to the wind we did see a lot of drying out but there is still a lot of dangerous conditions as well. It is five out of ten for that reason. Temperatures are cold enough as they are, 20 degrees in philadelphia. Teens to the north of us. Single digits, 20s to the south of us. This is what it feels like single digit wind chills it feels like zero in lancaster. That is just, with the below zero wind chills you get frostbite being outside for 30 minutes that is all it takes for frostbite and not too much longer for single digit wind chills. That is why wind chills advisory in effect for mountains because of the below zero wind chills. For us it is a Winter Weather advisory and that means not that anything is falling from the sky but just so much is refreezing and that means potentially dangerous conditions.
