Covid 19 pandemic will call for changes in management curriculum, says BITSoM dean The students will have access to the BITS Pilani alumni network, said Banerjee. Synopsis Management courses will have to incorporate various aspects of hybrid workforce and remote working, how to structure organisations differently, how to communicate in an agile and remote work milieu, how to design a resilient supply chain, and various facets of digital transformation. The huge disruption in the business environment caused by the Covid 19 pandemic will make it imperative for business schools and management institutions to incorporate changes in their curriculum based on the learnings during these unprecedented times, said Ranjan Banerjee, dean of BITS School of Management (BITSoM) in Mumbai.
