Driver Charged with Manslaughter for Lagrange Crash A Lagrange man is charged with manslaughter for a crash earlier this year that killed his passenger. The accident happened in July on the Medford Road in Lagrange. 39-year-old Randall Hamm was driving the vehicle and 35-year-old Desarae Bourgoine was his passenger. State Police say Hamm was speeding and had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit, when he lost control of the vehicle on a curve and the vehicle ended up on its roof. Bourgoin died in the crash. Hamm was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Manslaughter and Aggravated OUI. He was transported to the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor.

Manslaughter Arrest for July OUI December 23, 2020 Katharine England An arrest has been made after an investigation into a crash that occurred in July of 2020. The Maine State Police arrested Randall Hamm, 39, of Lagrange this afternoon and charged him with Manslaughter and Aggravated OUI.   State Police say Hamm was the driver in a fatal crash in Lagrange on July 7, 2020, which claimed the life of Desarae Bourgoine, 35, of Lagrange.  Troopers investigating the case say Hamm was operating at reckless speeds with a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit when the crash occurred.  Troopers from Troop E arrested Hamm at his residence in Lagrange and transported him to the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor.
