New Delhi, April 30 : Pride Circle is set to host its 3rd edition of Asia s biggest LGBT+ Conference and Job Fair Reimagining Inclusion for Social Equity (RISE) in May 2021. The event will be held on May 8, and aims to connect the largest pool of LGBT+ students and experienced professionals with 44 national and international organisations.
Due to the social distancing norms, RISE, this year, will be held on the virtual platform allowing attendees to join the conference and job fair from their homes across the world.

It demonstrates how the establishment of a diversity and inclusion (D&I) student interest group can offer these students greater representation and improve the quality of their campus experience. It offers guidelines for the establishment of such a group.
