Seven people were injured when lightning struck a marriage ceremony in Latauli village, Torpa block, Khunti district. The injured were identified as Beronica Dhan, Matias Sandy Purti, Abhishek Bodra, Supreme Topno, Pascal Bodra, Roshni Horo, and Dhanu Gudia. They received treatment at Torpa referral hospital and have been discharged. Khunti deputy commissioner confirmed the minor injuries sustained by the guests.
