Weekend Box-office: Jathi Ratnalu is a Massive Blockbuster:- Marking the Maha Shivaratri weekend, three films Jathi Ratnalu, Sreekaram and Gaali Sampath released on Thursday. Jathi Ratnalu was miles ahead in the expectations and the promotions. The film performed exceptionally well over the weekend and collected a theatrical share of Rs 20.45 crores across the globe in four days. The film is made on a strict budget of Rs 4 crores and the theatrical rights are valued at Rs 11.5 crores. The fourth-day numbers of Jathi Ratnalu are higher than the first-day collections all over and the film is expected to collect Rs 40 crores in its final run.

The love story between Sree Vishnu and Lovely Singh too makes no impact. The interval portions of the film are shot well. The film lacks good quality and is made on a strict budget. On the whole, the first half of Gaali Sampath is disappointing.

Anil Ravipudi and Anish Krishna have written the story for me. I liked my character in the film. After hearing the narration, I agreed to be a part of the film. He further added that Lovely Singh has a minimum screen space and there are only three songs in the film. I and Rajendra Prasad will travel in the whole film.
