Sky 7 was overhead a few hours ago as smoke blew across lanes of traffic towards Good Samaritan hospital. Fire crews put out the fire. Fire crews who were mowing dry grass in an effort to prevent fires started a fire this afternoon. Sky 7 flew over the aftermath. Fire crews called for additional help, including water dropping helicopters to put out the flames. Heavy smoke is pouring out of the hills and into the sky from the largest of 15 active wildfires burning in california tonight. Those bright flames show you that the fire is still growing. Air tankers made drops over the fire today, which is more than 70,000 acres in size.
