In a statement Friday, Brig. Gen. Oliver Enmodias, chief of the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG), identified the suspects as Senior Master Sgt. Alex Asis, Staff Sgt. Raffy Reposar and Cpl. Jerwin Dacillo, assigned at the Palo Municipal Police Station (MPS). Emodias said the three were arrested by members of the IMEG Visayas Field Unit office with the assistance of officers from the Police Regional Office (PRO)-8 inside the Palo MPS at around 6 p.m. The operation stemmed from a complaint filed with the VFU Team against the cops for multiple extortion, robbery and sexual harassment.
