The baby was snatched from her parents car and found an hour later, 5 miles away. Kpix 5s joe vazquez tells us how Police Tracked thousand baby and the kid tracked down the baby and the kidnapper. Reporter police say the woman kidnapped the baby from a car. I spoke to the janitor of the park who said the parents were beside themselves. The father was disfault. Sobbing.
