Holly, philadelphia. 15 for wilmington and vineland, just 6 in mt. Pocono. Lets take a look at what it niels like outside. Philadelphia, now one degree below zero, the feelslike temperature in philly. This is officially the coldest temperatures weve seen so far this season. We dropped to 15 in philly. And how unfortunate it is for this driver and we just found out who he is. Hes jack decarlo of Hamilton Township Mercer County hes 75 years old and now fighting for his life in the hospital. This is the aftermath of an accident on the new jersey turnpike like youve probably never heard of. It only involves this zune a 50pound dumbbell. New Jersey State Police say around 7 30 this morning the dumbbell somehow came crashing through the windshield badly injuring the 75yearold driver. The good news is police say the driver who was alone was conscious before being airlifted to crozerchester Medical Center but his injuries are serious. And hes now in critical condition. Its a bizarre accident thats left drivers confused. Is this real life . How did that happen. Reporter investigators havent told us that yet but what we know is a 75yearold man was heading southbound on the turnpike near mile marker six in oldmans township then the 50pound weight came crashing through.
