Radhe Shyam Agarwal, the founder editor of the Hindi daily 'Uditvani', passed away at 84 due to cardiac arrest in Jamshedpur. He founded the daily in 1980 after resigning from the sales tax department. Prominent residents of Jamshedpur paid homage to this stalwart of journalism.
