A sculpture park is set to open at 4 p.m. on August 19 in the grounds of Tartu's Raadi Manor. The park will feature works by sculptors Anton Starkopf, Ernst Kirs, Aulin Rimm and Rein Rannast.
Finn Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota) has consolidated his grip on the WRC 2022 drivers' championship top spot after a dominant performance in South Estonia for round seven of the series. Local driver Ott Tänak came third for Hyundai, with Rovanperä's Toyota teammate, Welshman Elfyn Evans finishing second.
Finnish driver and WRC drivers' championship leader Kalle Rovanperä and his team, Toyota, dominated the slippery and wet conditions at day three of Rally Estonia, and the Finn and his Welsh teammate Elfyn Evans go into the final day comfortably in the lead. Local hero Ott Tänak is in third place for Hyundai, unchanged on the position he occupied at the start of the day.
Ott Tänak came in fifth before the home crowd in the opening stage of WRC Rally Estonia. Tänak had hired a rather famous co-driver for one pass in the morning test – none other than tennis star Anett Kontaveit.
Ott Tänak has improved on his fifth place position for Hyundai at the start of day two of WRC Rally Estonia, two places, to third. Series leader Kalle Rovanperä (Finland, Toyota) is in the lead, with Welshman Craig Breen (Toyota) in second (+11.7 seconds).
