Reporter the victim, allen, is 11yearold kendrick ing here with his family on 89th street in daly city. They are presumed still to be in Southern California dealing with the aftermath of this horrible crash. The family was in Southern California in pasadena on Christmas Day visiting relatives. As they were riding in a minivan police were chasing a suspect in an suv through the streets. The chase went a mile and less than a minute then the suspect vehicle failed to stop for a red light and smashed into the minivan. Two cousins were killed including an 11yearold in daly city.
