A judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for 42 year old Michael Skelton on december 31st at 9 am. He faces charges of open and gross lewdness, destroying property, and poisoning food. A Police Report states he was caught committing the acts, on camera, in an empty classroom at dondero elementary. District leaders say skelton worked nights so they do not believe kids were involved.
