Part of town. Troopers tell us the driver of a pickup truck and a semi crashed on northbound 215 near ann road this morning. Kirsten Joyce the Clark County School district janitor arrested for performing sex acts in a classroom made his First Court Appearance this morning. A judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for 42 year old Michael Skelton on december 31st at 9 am. He faces charges of open and gross lewdness, destroying property, and poisoning food. A Police Report states he was caught committing the acts, on camera, in an empty classroom at dondero elementary. District leaders say skelton worked nights so they do not believe kids were involved.
