The Maharashtra government on Tuesday withdrew its demolition order for unauthorised construction which it had issued on the Union Minister’s bungalow.
The Bombay high court on Tuesday asked the Mumbai civic body not to take any action against the Union minister’s Juhu bungalow till a decision is taken on his application seeking regularisation of the alleged illegal alterations made in his bungalow.
The BMC has issued a second notice to the Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) for the alleged illegal construction in his Mumbai bungalow and has given him 15 days notice to tear down the same.
