The BMC has issued a second notice to the Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) for the alleged illegal construction in his Mumbai bungalow and has given him 15 days notice to tear down the same.
The BMC has issued a fresh notice against unauthorised construction at Union minister Narayan Rane’s Adhish Bungalow in Juhu. As per the notice, the owner should raze the unauthorised structure within 15 days, failing which the BMC will demolish it.
Before visiting the bungalow, the BMC team led by Assistant Municipal Commissioner Prithviraj Chouhan visited the Santacruz police station seeking adequate security. They also carried relevant documents along with them while conducting the visit. The BMC officials at around 11 am visited the bungalow where Narayan Rane along with his elder son Nilesh was also present.
